Yummy St. Patrick’s Day Treat!

This is one of my favorite things to make in March! Being from a VERY Irish family, we also make Shepard’s pie, soda bread, bangers and mash and more traditional dishes. This one, is just something fun that I came up with to do with my son. To make this, you will need the following ingredients:

– vanilla pudding
– green food coloring
– Lucky Charms Marshmallows
– Oreo crumbs
– spray whipped cream

Instructions:

– Make your vanilla pudding and use green food coloring to get to desired color
– pick those marshmallows out of the cereal box!
– put the green pudding into a glass
– crumble Oreos over the pudding
– spray whipped cream and top with the marshmallows!
